Morning notes
A couple of lessons learned.
#1: Always eat a somewhat healthy meal for breakfast
Cereal is always a tempting option, but it literally reduces my energy levels. My go to option these days: egg omelette with bread and cheese 😄
Also, being too full= feeling lazy.
#2: Take a step back and enjoy the process
When I write my to-do list in the morning 🌅 it makes the day seem a bit dull. Reminding myself why I'm going it and enjoying the process makes life more fun. It's not a race ( let's not lie,sometimes it is). There's a fine line between taking it slow, and being lazy so watch out.
